We order from pancheros and had issues with the Ingersoll location so we went to this location and it was even worse. We ordered 4 burritos 2 of pork spicy and 2chicken not spicy. When we got there to pick up the food they had given 2 of ours away or thrown them out. So we asked for the rest of the order. We ended up with 3 pork spicy and 1 chicken. The kids were not pleased to have to get something else. They didn't want spicy food and tried to eat it but it was to much for them to tolerate. We were very upset with this but because the vehicle I was driving needed to get in the shop i couldn't risk going back the same day.

i stopped by late this evening to get dinner after a long day at work. My burrito was made correctly, everything was nice and hot. The gentleman making my burrito was definitely on the same page when i asked for extra corn salsa, idk why but it's one of my favorite things there. everything was mixed up perfectly. i was extremely happy!! All the staff working tonight were very happy, kind and proficient. they moved the small line along quickly and even though there was an hour left in their shifts they were still in good spirits and wonderful to talk with. especially the gentleman that made my burrito, you made my night. thank you!!

Don't give out too many 5 stars but thought this deserved it. Came on a Sunday at 6 pm. Workers were incredible, food was great and place was very clean! Couldn't ask for anything more! Well done!

10/8/2023 645pm. Pulled in with a shuttle of college basketball players, coach did not call ahead due to circumstances. Everyone was great, fast, friendly! Great food! Great job everyone!

My son and I came ww both got the steak burritos it fast friendly service. This was our 1st time their. I don't have 1 single complaint .

Came in two nights in a row (Friday March 7th and Saturday March 8th) and both times the crew was fun, energetic and professional. Ordering was actually fun too and the food was great, I love seeing them have a good time.

I want to give a huge shout out to the catering and management team at Ankeny Pancheros. We catered a burrito bowl/taco/chips and dip bar from there for delivery for our wedding reception and they made the experience amazing! They went above and beyond from the start. They helped us by listening to what our needs were and helping us get a basic quote from the start and from call to call tailor the order and get all the details perfect. As someone who has never done something like this before, it was a huge relief. We are simple people and with friends and family with lots of health and dietary restrictions (which led us to go in this direction in the first place) they made sure we had the best fresh delicious food and delivered on time hot and ready to go. We had everything we needed (except maybe enough queso but I blame my friends eating all my yummy queso leaving me with only 1 take home container of it left, than on the team there... maybe I can blame them for making it too delicious). The whole experience from ordering to delivery to the food itself was amazing and working with the team was first class. If you need catering even for up to 100 or so people, give the Ankeny Pancheros team a call and let them work with you!!!

Friendly staff and clean facilities. The parking lot for the building is congested during normal lunch and dinner hours. Don't try to bring a large vehicle in there. I still think it's worth the challenge to get a fresh burrito. And the chips and queso is delicious.
